After downloading the .rar,2) Unpack it to a folder on your hard drive.3) Open a Command Prompt ('command prompt' on Windows 7/8/10) and go to the unziped folder.4) Run the installer by typing "installchanneleditor22". After that, you will receive two windows:1. Channel Editor is installed and will start automatically when you launch it. 2. The setup dialog is opened and upgradable tools can be installed from there. (settings in the picture below > "update" > Tools> "new software")
